The fifth installment of the Control of Breathing and Airway Defense (CoBAD) International Online Seminar Series featured Adrianne Huxtable, PhD, on Friday, July 24, at 3:00 pm ET. An assistant professor in the Department of Human Physiology at the University of Oregon, Dr. Huxtable’s research focuses on the neural control of breathing, with a specific focus on how inflammation undermines breathing. Her seminar was entitled “Consequences of early life stressors for respiratory control.”
