Paul Davenport Awarded Fixel Funding Support for MEG Brain Imaging of Dyspnea Study

As part of a new effort, the Fixel Institute is raising money and will be providing over $200,000 to fund 6 outstanding proposals in four different departments and three different colleges. This pilot grant program evaluated the highest ranking grant submissions with a selected panel of 4 individual reviewers. Among the winners was BREATHE member, Dr. Paul Davenport and his collaborative team in the Department of Physiological Sciences, College of Veterinary Medicine. They will be using the funds for their project MEG Brain Imaging of Dyspnea: A Specific Symptom of Respiratory Failure in Parkinson’s Disease. Congratulations, Dr. Davenport!
