The UF Breathing Research and Therapeutics (BREATHE) Center & Brain Injury, Rehabilitation, and Neuroresilience (BRAIN) Center invite preclinical and clinical researchers to join us on September 17, 2021 at the beautiful Stern Learning Center on the Austin Cary Forest Campus for a day-long workshop. Check-in will start at 8:30 am, and programming will begin at 9 am with an introduction from our center directors, Dr. Gordon Mitchell (BREATHE) and Dr. Mike Jaffee (BRAIN). Following a brief series of presentations regarding the state of SCI, TBI, and stroke collaborations at UF, we will divide into interactive work groups to plan the future of this dynamic community at UF, explore possible areas for collaborations, and brainstorm infrastructure development.
Lunch and snack/coffee breaks will be provided. The workshop will be followed by a social hour with hors d’oeuvres beginning at 5 pm.
Please register below by July 9th!
